Peranich Huffman Net Lease Group is a commercial real estate brokerage company that's specifically focused on single tenant medical office investment sales.  Our company operates on a national platform representing clients in all 50 states with offices in Dallas, TX and Houston, TX.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

We are seeking full-time Brokers for our Dallas office to assist in procuring new business and brokering the sale of single tenant net lease investments. The applicant should have the following qualifications and skill-sets:

  • Licensed real estate salesperson
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
  • Two or more years of related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in negotiating deals and managing real estate transactions
  • A resourceful mindset

 

ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES:

The day-to-day responsibilities of the prospective broker will include the following:

  • Utilizing the company’s property and owner database to engage prospective clients. Networking on a national basis by phone to procure representation agreements of property owners interested in the disposition of single tenant net lease medical investment properties. Focusing on a specific product type the broker will develop a strong knowledge of the asset type and help to grow the company’s clientele base.
  • Working as seller and buyer’s agent to effectively negotiate the business terms of an investment sale transaction and managing the process from its inception through to the close of the deal.
  • Establishing and expanding the company’s focus on additional medical asset classes further enabling the broker to develop and manage their own team internally.

COMPENSATION

  • Initially, sales agents/brokers of Peranich Huffman Net Lease Group are compensated on a monthly basis in the form of a salaried draw. Upon the sales agent/broker completing their first transaction, he or she will then move to a commission-based structure:  50% of the income generated from each deal is retained by the sales agent/broker as commission, the split continues to increase based on gross commissions earned and never resets annually.
  • Additionally, employees of PHNLG are given the option to participate in the firm's investment opportunities.
