Description
The purpose of this role is to:
-Govern and support the implementation of asset management standards for asset information and
maintaining a single source of truth.
This data includes but not limited to: -
- Asset lists, hierarchy, meta data and condition
- O&M information, drawings, schematics
- PPM historical data
- Project information data
Deliver the Asset Management strategy for the region to improve and enhance the FM operations, both
on a strategic and site level.
Drive consistent and best practice maintenance standards and use data analytics to move from reactive to
proactive engineering.
Uplift the data and standards for the regional asset data, align systems to embrace BIM and drive value
from data for our client.
Accountabilities
Align the people, process and systems for all data that drives operations. This includes the CMMS,
various information databases and systems that hold and use asset information.
Be a focal point for short and long term Capital Planning, balancing engineering risk, client needs,
energy and maintenance standards.
Work with the region operations team for optimization of business and risk focused maintenance
strategies.
Manage the various systems and technologies to a common data standard, and implement process to
ensure data quality.
Break down siloes, and leverage information to create robust data sets and actionable data to inform
engineering operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- An appropriate engineering related qualification or equivalent, (to Degree level or higher) or relevant experience.
- Working towards Professional Chartership with a recognised Engineering body
- Strong data analytic skills
- Appreciation of FM operations in hard services, MEP equipment and work order management
- Excellent IT skills for current and new systems and manipulation of data
- Desirable to have Powerbi or equivalent data analytic tools
