KEY COMPETENCIES
- Exercise discretion with confidential information
- Review lease mark-ups and coordinate responses from Senior Property Manager and Asset Manager
- Work with Property Managers and Leasing Brokers with all aspects of routing and processing lease documents through lease execution
- Review, abstract and input lease information into Yardi database according to internal procedures
- Proofread all lease abstraction reports for accurate input
- Clarify any vague lease terms or intent with Leasing Agent or Legal
- Communicate and follow with team members on any missing lease documentation, forms and/or dates
- Ensure orderly filing of all lease files both electronic and hard files
- Review suite and building square footage for accuracy
- Update and maintain reconciliation template base years as leases are executed
- Draft tenant recovery billings, including CAM/Operating Expenses, property tax, insurance, and utilities for Property Manager review
- Record and verify gross sales reports. Calculate percentage rent due per lease for retail locations
- Obtain tenant initial contact information
- Initiate job costing with accounting for all Tenant Improvement and Capital Projects
- Track critical lease action dates such as renewal options and notice periods
