Description
Essential Duties:
- Create, edit and maintain investor presentations and other marketing materials by making timely updates.
- Prepare DDQs and related due diligence requests.
- Assist in developing and updating private placement memorandums.
- Support the Investor Relations and Capital Raising teams.
- Work collaboratively with the investment team, accounting, finance, and compliance to respond to investor inquiries and to develop other materials.
- Facilitate completion of ad hoc investor requests.
- Coordinate materials for upcoming investor meetings.
- Maintain, update and post files to the investor data portal.
- Proactively assist the team with ongoing projects.
- Manage CRM databases for various Square Mile vehicle marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign activity and prepare monthly campaign reports for GIG and SM
- Manage and track investor “verification” process
- Generate and circulate periodic management reporting from the CRM database and other proprietary databases
- Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field or unrelated bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of fixed income, real estate, or investment management reporting
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective written communication skills
- Willing to work on site in New York office and show proof of vaccination
- Qualifications may warrant placement in different job title
