Opportunity

Sinatra & Company Real Estate is seeking an acquisition analyst in our Tampa or Buffalo office.  The analyst will be a member of the acquisitions team and will work on multi-family real estate investments and sales.  The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.  The position offers career development and growth opportunities and the ability to work in a team environment with a shared vision.

Primary Duties

• Supporting the Director of Acquisitions by underwriting new investments (equity and debt), including creating and maintaining cash flow models, financing structures, investment analyses
• Performing in depth market research and asset specific due diligence.
• Assist the team with performing acquisition due diligence, including investment memorandum, operating statement review, lease review, etc.
• Assist with new financing or refinancing existing assets in the portfolio.
• Assist with the sale of assets.

Skills

• Advanced excel modeling skills and understanding of financial concepts
• Yardi experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a team and independently
• Must be a self-starter
• BA/BS with a strong academic background
• Express interest in pursuing a career in the real estate industry
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate or relevant field
