JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to ensure the successful management of office facilities and front office for CBRE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers calls and routes incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail. Assists with the inspecting office facilities and reporting faults or issues.
Assists with scheduling meetings and preparing and cleaning out conference rooms. Performs other general clerical duties such as distributing office faxes and sorting and distributing mail.
Assist with process and procedure training.
Sets up conference/meeting rooms as requested and prepares the catering requests. Serving of lunches and drinks.
Performs daily checks in the office facility: kitchens, copy corners, toilets.
Replenishes supplies and keeps the overall facility tidy and clean.
Receives deliveries and maintains kitchen stock with drinks, snacks and supplies.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
BHV-certificate is desirable.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask
clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
All of the above both in Dutch and English.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve
problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
