Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Asset Management Analyst to join our team. The Analyst will be responsible for providing financial insight and support to the organization's decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial analysis, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial models and forecasts to support organizational decision-making
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Develop and track budgets and perform regular variance analysis
- Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze financial trends and make recommendations for optimization

The Details…
You will work full-time Monday through Friday at Corporate offices located in West Los Angeles.
Starting pay ranges from $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
