What You Bring:
- 3+ years of proven success in CRE (sales or leasing, buyer/tenant rep or landlord rep, retail, industrial, multi-family, land, office/medical, investment sales, or development)
- A portable book of business or strong client network
- High ethical standards and a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivation, professionalism, and strong local market knowledge
- Active AZ real estate license (or ability to obtain)
