Job Description

P3 Properties is actively looking for a Vice President to join our East Rutherford, NJ based team and help us scale our multifamily acquisition and development platform. This role will work directly under our CIO Brendan Petri.

We’re not a giant institution (yet) and that’s by design. We’re hands-on operators and thoughtful investors with a clear growth vision. You’ll work closely with our CIO, help train junior team members, and play a real role in sourcing and executing deals.

You must be/have:

- Minimum 5 years of real estate underwriting / investment experience

- Strong background in multifamily / residential deal execution

- Able to independently underwrite, manage due diligence, and drive deals across the finish line.
- Create materials and backup for presentation to the Investment Committee.
- Develop processes for deal flow management.

- Great communicator, sharp modeler, entrepreneurial mindset

- Looking to grow with a fast-moving and creative shop

- Base salary: $150K–$175K

- Bonus: up to 100% of base, performance based.
