Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day performance and operations across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with investment objectives
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to evaluate budget vs. actual performance and identify key drivers
- Develop and manage annual budgets and reforecasts for all assets within the portfolio
- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly investment updates to internal stakeholders and investors
- Manage and execute all equity distributions and capital calls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze and interpret complex business plans, lease structures, and operating agreements across multiple asset types
- Manage relationships with general contractors (GCs) and lead negotiations for construction and renovation bids
- Collaborate closely with institutional lenders on reporting requirements, financial analysis, and compliance
- Work closely with property management, leasing teams, and third-party vendors to drive operational efficiency and value creation
- Support strategic initiatives including refinancing, dispositions, and asset repositioning efforts
- All projects and major initiatives will be reviewed by the CEO and President of Kassin Sabbagh Realty, requiring a high level of attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex and fast-paced work environment
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of real estate operations and investment performance metrics
- Experience managing multiple assets across different property types
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
- Bonus: Eligible for an end-of-year performance-based bonus
