We are hiring an Account Executive to lease commercial properties in downtown Cleveland.
Summary: The Account Executive will be responsible for obtaining new clients, managing current clients with commercial leasing, marketing and customer development and account management skills by performing the following duties: - Maintain occupancy of all leased spaces
- Maintain all electronic marketing
- Generate business from corporate neighbors
- Follow up with prospects and actively work to close deals
- Make outbound calls to the brokerage community
- Pursue business with targeted industries
- Continue to develop client relationships
- Previous commercial leasing experience required
Requirements:
- 5+ years commercial leasing experience
- Broker’s license preferred, not required

- Salary range $55,000-$80,000 plus bonus potential
