Position Overview: The Senior Analyst will work closely with the Company’s acquisitions and capital markets professionals in its Philadelphia and New York offices on the sourcing and execution of investments within the Firm’s core-plus and value-add strategies. The position may be based in either the Philadelphia or the New York office. If based in New York, the position will require at least 50% travel to the Firm’s Philadelphia headquarters.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and call on public and private owners, brokers and other prospective sellers to source marketed and “off market” acquisition opportunities
- Analyze, screen and present investment recommendations to senior investment professionals
- Support senior investment professionals in all aspects of the acquisitions process including, detailed property underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence, legal documentation and closing
- Prepare investment committee presentations and partner memorandums
- Perform market research and track market statistics and relevant comparable transactions
- Support Firm professionals as needed in other Firm efforts, including but not limited to property dispositions, asset management, leasing and lease analysis, and accounting and reporting
Requirements for Education and Experience:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of real estate investing, banking, or capital markets experience
- Undergraduate degree with strong GPA; business, economics or similar degree preferred
- Track record of professional success with supporting references and recommendations
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience and high proficiency with ARGUS and financial modeling is strongly preferred

- Willingness and expectation to work long hours and weekends when and as required
- Comfortable “cold calling”, networking, and traveling in pursuit of new acquisition opportunities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Highly competitive with other private real estate companies in the Philadelphia area
- Bonus: Candidate will be eligible for discretionary “deal-by-deal” bonuses and/or participations as well as an annual year-end, performance-based bonus
