Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Originator
Largo Capital is seeking to add experienced real estate finance professionals to originate debt and/or equity for commercial properties across all income producing product types. While headquartered in Sarasota prospective originators can also be based in Orlando, Tampa or Ft. Myers. Largo is aggressively seeking to develop its presence in these rapidly growing markets. Largo will consider candidates with real estate finance backgrounds that are new to production as well as seasoned industry veterans with existing books of business.
Responsibilities include procuring new business on the sponsorship side, negotiating and structuring credit terms with existing lender pool, including correspondent life companies, and closing commercial real estate loans. The ideal candidate will have a commercial real estate network and/or a demonstrable aptitude in generating new client relationships.

Ability to analyze, negotiate and structure debt and equity transactions for commercial real estate.
Strong business development, communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s Degree - preferred in Finance, Business or Real Estate.
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
