Reporting directly to the VP of Property Management of the Northeast, the Regional Property Manager will be responsible for below:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day to day activities of multiple properties
- Develop and manage expense budgets
- Manage the centers within the approved budgets
- Identify property maintenance requirements, solicit, review and negotiate maintenance contracts
- Prepare and monitor monthly and quarterly reports
Desired Skills & Expertise:
- Five years of experience managing retail shopping centers
- Working knowledge of building systems and components
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
- Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree required
- Overnight travel required
