Located in our Tukwila, Washington office, the Leasing Specialist will play an integral role by assisting the Regional Leasing Manager, Leasing Manager, and supporting the daily office operations. You must enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and detail oriented. The ideal individual should exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
The Job Essentials:
- Prepare draft lease documents.
- Review tenant and lease information in Yardi.
- Prepare various leasing and marketing materials using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Provide administrative back-up for leasing team.
- Answering phones, greeting office visitors, sending mass communication to Tenants.
- Manage tenant move in checklist and lease routing process.
- Assist with and prepare expense reports for staff as requested.
- Assist as needed for creating tour binders, updating website availability and marketing information, making copies and any other administrative duties.
- Filing of documents including electronic filing.
- Provide secondary administrative back-up for the local team.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a commercial leasing, multi-tenant industrial environment.
- 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail
- Motivated and results-driven with strong work ethic
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
