We seek a High-Rise Superintendent with 10 years of solid hands-on experience with a GC or with a developer constructing high-rise residential projects. High-rise construction experience is required.

This is an excellent growth opportunity for someone with strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills.

Strengths in the following areas are preferred:

• Budgets & estimates
• Plan review, cost analysis & value engineering
• Contractor/subcontractor pre-qualifications
• Knowledge of local subcontractor base
• Understanding of contract drawings and coordination of subcontractors
• Contracts
• Scheduling
• Experience reviewing AIA pay applications from subcontractors
• RFIs, change orders & directives
• Coordination of shop drawings
• Understanding and building for a CPM (Critical Path Method) schedule
• OSHA 10 hour minimum
• Paperwork with use of Blue beam a must
