This position could be located in Houston, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; Atlanta, Georgia; or New York, New York.
Transwestern Tenant Advisory Services (“TAS”) provides comprehensive services to occupiers of real estate on a global basis. We help companies get extra value from their real estate through a creative, disciplined approach that challenges conventional industry thinking.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide national marketing leadership and support for Tenant Advisory Services (“TAS”) practice.
- Partner with TAS National and Transwestern Consulting Services leadership in the development of TAS marketing strategies and messaging.
- Collaborate with National Marketing to incorporate TW branding and messaging across all TAS deliverables.
- Develop content and coordinate response to national and multi-market tenant advisory RFP’s with local marketing teams. Work with local TAS professionals and marketing teams to create compelling and differentiated materials for local RFP responses, pitches and presentations.
- Explore and roll out unique presentation tools and techniques to enhance the TW competitive position in the occupier space.
- Collaborate with Transwestern’s national research team on thought leadership opportunities and integrate these into TAS materials.
- Build and promote library of best-in-class TAS materials and responses to frequently asked proposal questions.
- Create go-to-market templates and boilerplate copy that support general and industry-specific business development opportunities.
- Assist TAS leadership in managing the collaborative workflow across all internal teams, including creative resources.
- Develop, edit and publish a newsletter for distribution to TAS producers outlining transaction successes, upcoming events, and Transwestern newsworthy stories unique to the TAS service line.
- Develop, implement and track marketing initiatives and budgets for national TAS.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or related field.
- 5-7 years in marketing, communications and/or business development role.
- Previous experience in commercial real estate industry is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, working within tight deadlines in a team environment.
- Excellent writing, editing and oral communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of design principles and marketing channels.
- Competency with all MS Office products; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
