About the role
Your role is to manage an assigned portfolio of including construction and refurbishment projects as well as commercial deals (acquisitions, disposition, lease negotiations). There’s a focus on Asset Management – you’ll proactively review and monitor your allocated portfolios throughout the year, to keep abreast of upcoming activities and identify portfolio opportunities. Throughout, you’ll ensure that local delivery fits in with our wider commercial strategy, portfolio plans and Group requirements.
Supported by some of the very best RE professionals, you can look forward to stretching your skills, delivering significant property projects and commercial deals, and conducting complex negotiations, either on your own or as part of a professional team. You’ll be an ambassador for RE: a valued partner to the business who’s trusted to deliver with efficiency, discipline and professionalism. You’ll also relish cultivating your network by forging relationships with other portfolio managers, both in your region and across the world.

- A degree (or equivalent) and a recognised Real Estate accreditation/qualification.
- Project and commercial deal experience within RE at a strategic level
- Contract management experience
- Fluent English. German and Dutch are preferred languages as well.
- Ability to travel to Europe, Middle East & Africa site locations from time to time
