About this Job

This internship is for the fall/spring of 2018. Current students able to work part-time are preferred.

Interns work with the entire team across all areas of the firm, including:
· Assisting in due diligence of all investment offerings (real estate funds, joint ventures, separate accounts and others)

· Assisting in execution of advisory mandates (strategic planning and market research)

· Drafting of marketing presentations, private placement memoranda and due diligence questionnaires

· Coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, and drafting investor briefs

· Preparing regular client communications

· Improving the firm’s use of technology, especially as it relates to the firm’s CRM database (Salesforce) and website

· Assisting with all Shelter Rock business initiatives
