PaulsCorp, LLC is a leading real estate investment and development firm. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and energetic Assistant Property/Asset Manager to help manage third party property managers on an industrial portfolio across the country.
Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing third party Property Managers to ensure:
- Proper lease administration
- All rent is collected in accordance with tenant leases
- Oversight of management property operations
- Correct contract administration
- Accurate monthly reporting
- Timely budget creation and management
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Argus maintenance
- Tenant Improvement and capital project coordination and construction
- Support of internal Leasing Officer with negotiation of new leases and renewals
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum five years of commercial real estate property/asset management, experience preferably in industrial
- Proficiency in Word and Excel required
- Preferred Argus understanding and proficiency
- Knowledge of Timberline and Kardin a plus
- Strong analytical, written and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
- Strong understanding of real estate finance including budget preparation, variance analysis, monthly reporting, operating expense reconciliations, complying with loan requirements, and analysis of financial statements
- Ability to work independently
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
