As part of this endeavor, we are seeking an Resident Services Summer Intern who will represent the financial goals and social and environmental mission of Rose companies in assisting with the following functions:
- Contribute to research of emerging strategies for integrating health and housing
- Assist with the provision of resident services to selected communities with the JRCo portfolio of affordable housing
- Assist with the production of procedure map and key policy and procedural requirements for delivering Resident Services at JRCo properties
Education, Work Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate should currently be enrolled in a master’s program, demonstrate strong leadership and be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidates should have strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Education or experience in the disciplines of social work, social services (or related) preferred.
