Leasing Director

A prominent national real estate developer is seeking a Leasing Director to oversee leasing strategy and operations across it s growing national new-construction multifamily portfolio. This leadership position creates and implements standard operating procedures to optimize leasing performance across the portfolio, and provides reporting and recommendations for the Asset Management team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying leasing tools, such as CRM, marketing automation, and demand generation
• Structuring the leasing process
• Defining on-site team structure and compensation
• Setting up on-site operations
• Optimizing listing syndication
• Hiring on-site teams
• Team training and ongoing management
• Managing co-broker outreach and compensation
• Reporting on asset and team performance
• Recommending pricing, marketing and strategy adjustments to Asset Management

Experience / Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in successfully managing high volume sales teams in a startup-like environment
• High-rise lease-up experience preferred
• Must be comfortable championing new ideas, identifying new opportunities, and managing multiple stakeholders.
