Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 10+ years of commercial property management experience; medical experience a plus
• Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly, communicate clearly

  Job Duties

• Oversee and lead the Dallas property management team, including profit/loss responsibility, management of property management, administrative and maintenance engineering staff, and tenant and hospital relationships.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by the staff and ensure procedures are current as policies change.
• Oversight of the portfolio financial performance and physical asset maintenance
• Develop and manage annual operating expense forecasts.
• Perform periodic regular property inspections.  Recommends alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary.  Contracts for vendor selection and oversight.
• Perform routine property accounting functions such as AP processing and AR reporting.  Work with tenants, building maintenance staff and vendors to ensure work orders are complete.
