KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Training Program

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Training Program
- Create, develop and implement the B6 training program for all business divisions from onboarding through agent check out (i.e. best practices, in-person training).
- Coordinate training program with department heads to ensure agents are taking advantage of the B6 platform (i.e. technology, marketing & PR).
- Ensure all new agents successfully complete training and check out within B6 targets.
- Run the B6 Speaker Series aimed at creating opportunities in which our sales and debt teams have a forum to connect with different industry leaders.
- Responsible for generating reports that capture agent progress and performance, as well as effectiveness of the training programs.
- Proactively identify and improve agent business processes throughout the company.
- Develop and oversee the Company’s policies and procedures for territory network agents.
- Work with Strategic Intelligence to help determine technology needs for sales staff.
- Develop and implement agent business plan program.
- On an annual basis, review existing territory sizing with Strategic Intelligence. (not sure what this means or that it belongs)
- Work with the Chief Operating Officer to develop action plans in-line with the Company’s strategic goals (i.e. new service offerings and geographic expansion).
- Play key role in the development of sales management reporting.
- Develop key initiatives as part of firm’s strategic planning process for training and sales operations.
- Partner with VP of People in recruiting new agents to meet company targets.
- Team oriented, collaborative and strong leadership that supports the company culture.
- Self-starter, with entrepreneurial approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Prior demonstrated sales and management training or career coaching experience.
- Effective communication skills, creative approach to problem-solving, including negotiating capabilities.
- Resourceful and effective ability to coordinate between multiple sources concurrently.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Evident passion and a desire to build a career in brokerage.
- Unquestioned integrity and unwavering attention to detail.
- At minimum, 3 - 5 years of experience in a sales management capacity in real estate.
- Bachelors &/or Advanced Degree preferred.
- Will require appropriate Salespersons License.
