As Goes January


January was a contradiction. January had record breaking sales, but at the same time, saw the least number of jobs actually posted on the site in months. To quote Sam Zell, “I have never seen so many Wild Cards out there.” The business year didn’t start until January 5th, followed by a holiday, snow days across the nation, demonstrations, terrorist attacks, and the ECB not rescuing the Euro until January 22nd. It is enough to make anyone stop and pause. The end of 2014 saw heavy purchasing of Bulk Hiring Packages and on our partner Professional Association Career Centers. The upsurge in January came from new posters and small and medium size companies that moved from buying single postings to purchasing 5-packs or a ten-pack of job postings (and saving a grand). As goes January so goes 2015 – every level of real estate is ready to hire. Are you ready?
