The UNO Real Estate program was established in the early 1950s. The program has prepared thousands of real estate professionals, many of whom are still working in both the private and public sectors in Omaha and beyond.
The only program in the state to offer a bachelor's degree with a concentration in real estate, it receives continuous financial support in the form of scholarships, grants and endowments from the Omaha real estate community.
The objective of the Real Estate and Land Use program is to prepare students for careers in areas such as commercial real estate finance, asset management, investment analysis, property management, corporate real estate management, brokerage, appraisal, and land development, as well as other real-estate-related careers in the public and private sectors.
