We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Analyst for our Atlanta, GA office.
SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting various analyses related to the organization’s investment portfolio, undertaking ad-hoc studies and evaluations of relevant processes and data as needed, and assisting with new acquisitions by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support the execution of the annual business plan for assigned assets.
- Understands individual markets and comparable properties
- Monitors and measures asset performance and makes recommendations for value creation.
- Performs various financial, operational, and ad-hoc analyses as directed.
- Assists in cash flow forecasting for properties.
- Reviews third party inspection reports and makes recommendations based on results.
- Assists in property annual budget preparation.
- Assists in negotiating and evaluation of various contracts.
- Monitors and tracks various construction projects and maintains budgets for each project.
- Assists in performing due-diligence for new property acquisitions.
- Performs other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
