- Serve as the Integrator in the EOS framework, owning operational leadership and disciplined execution.
- Operationalize the owners’ strategic vision into well-defined goals and priorities.
- Design, implement, and maintain firm-wide systems (reporting, KPIs, EOS meeting cadence, dashboards).
- Oversee deal execution processes, underwriting, due diligence, and closing with the investment team.
- Lead and support asset management oversight to ensure optimal portfolio performance and target achievement.
- Direct investor communications, including timely, professional reporting and relationship management.
- Mentor, manage, and develop junior team members (Senior Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, and Operations Manager).
- Coordinate external vendors, partners, property managers, and service providers.
- Provide clear, proactive, and timely reporting to ownership—keeping them fully informed of priorities, issues, and results.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team culture.
- 7–15+ years in commercial real estate investment or private equity.
- Strong understanding of asset management, leasing, real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting, and portfolio operations.
- Ability to review and manage financial modeling (DCF, IRR, equity waterfalls).
- Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) is a plus, but the ability and commitment to learn and operate effectively within its framework is required.
- Hands-on experience overseeing property- and asset-level operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage up/down relationships.
- Experience building, implementing, and refining business systems and processes.
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and team workflows.
- Experience managing investor relations, with familiarity with Juniper Square or similar tools a plus.
- Advanced Excel proficiency required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High follow-through: you take ownership and ensure tasks are completed without dropping the ball.
- You take pride in anticipating needs before being asked, keeping leadership informed and avoiding surprises.
